Which plan should I start with?
Starter. It has everything most stores need at launch: online payments, your own domain, 1,000 products and 3 staff seats. Choose Free if you only sell with cash on delivery.
Do I need a developer or any other app?
No. Your store, payments, shipping, GST invoices and reports are all built into Submerce. Guided setup walks you through everything.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Start on the plan that fits today and move up when you need more products, more staff or tools like Live view and Merce AI.
What happens when I pass 1,000 products on Starter?
Move to Growth for unlimited products and 10 staff seats.
Can I accept UPI on the Free plan?
The Free plan is cash on delivery only. UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets start from Starter.
