What is Live view?

Live view is a screen in your Submerce dashboard that shows your store in real time: visitors right now, a map of India by city, pages being viewed, devices, traffic sources, carts, checkouts and orders as they land.

Which plans include Live view?

Live order and payment alerts are on every plan, including Free and Starter. The full Live view board, with the map, pages, sources, carts and checkouts, is on Growth and Pro.

Do I need a developer or a tracking app?

No. Live view is built into Submerce and works as soon as your store is live. There is no code to add and nothing extra to buy.

Do I have to keep refreshing the page?

No. Numbers, the map and the activity feed update by themselves while the page is open.

Can I see which cities my visitors are from?

Yes. The map shows visitors by city across India, with a list of your top locations next to it.

Can I check it on my phone?

Yes. The Submerce dashboard works in your phone's browser, so you can keep an eye on your store from anywhere.
