Do I need a separate shipping app or courier account?
No separate app. You book shipments with Indian couriers right from your Submerce dashboard, and tracking appears on the order.
What is an AWB number?
AWB (air waybill) is the tracking number a courier gives every shipment. Submerce saves it on the order and uses it to show the parcel's live status.
Will my customers get tracking updates?
Yes. Customers get shipping updates as the parcel moves, including when it is out for delivery.
What is RTO, and how do I reduce it?
RTO (Return to Origin) is when a parcel can't be delivered and comes back to you. COD risk checks flag risky cash-on-delivery orders before you ship, out-for-delivery updates cut missed deliveries, and online payments on Starter mean more prepaid orders.
Can I handle returns and exchanges?
